• Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 11:00AM
  (when school is in session)

• SUMMER HOURS:   Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 – 11:30 AM

  • (Closed June 10 - 14, July 5, Aug 19 and Aug 21)

• Mail Order will be placed weekly on Mondays.  Orders must be in the office or online by 11:00 AM. 

Order Online

• Go to www.shopwithscrip.com
• Enter your User Login and Password
  • To obtain your User Login and password, please request it using the Butler Catholic School Family Sign-Up Form. Download BCS Family Sign Up Form
• Enter your order on-line.
  • Immediate Fill/Scrip to Go orders can also be ordered online. They are processed and distributed on the next BC Bucks Business Day.
  • To find Immediate Fill/Scrip to Go, search for the store beginning with BCS.  For example:  BCS: Arby's or BCS: Giant Eagle.   Entering BCS in the search is important.  Our Giant Eagle cards return a higher percentage rate than those offered directly through GL Scrips.
  • Mail Order/Scheduled Orders are placed every Monday at 11:00 am.  Only those Mail Order/Scheduled Orders with approved and processed payment received by 11:00 AM each Monday will be included in that week's order.
    • Occasionally there are weeks where no mail orders will be placed due to scheduling such as holidays or GL Scrips down weeks.  Notifications will be sent out in advance of any scheduling changes.
  • Mail Order/Scheduled Orders are received at BCS and distributed by Thursday AM of the week they were submitted. 
    
• Submit Payment.
  • Purchase using Presto-Pay Option to pay online.

  • If NOT using the online Presto-Pay Option, payments must be submitted for processing prior to orders being released. Download Payment Form
