The Butler Catholic School PTG is offering you a selection of items bearing our school logo. We do this to promote the Butler Catholic School spirit.
The master sheet summarizes the item descriptions, sizes, colors, and costs. If you have any questions on sizing, please feel free to stop at Titler’s Special-Tees, at 201 Kohler Avenue, Lyndora. They will be happy to help you choose a correct size. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items ordered with the incorrect size.
Please return the completed order form, with checks made payable to the “Butler Catholic PTG”, in an envelope labeled “Spirit Wear” and submit it to the Butler Catholic School Office. Orders must be in by Friday, April 12, 2013.
This is the last order placed during this school year. Remember to order your graduation gifts now.
