Butler Catholic School’s 2024-2025 year started Aug. 22, with staff and students officially returning to classes!
BCS, which became part of the Diocese of Pittsburgh North Hills Regional Catholic Elementary Schools July 1, is ready for a wonderful year filled with learning and adventures! We’re looking forward to offering our students important opportunities both in and outside the classroom, including field trips, sporting events, clubs activities, and special academic programs.
As the year progresses, we’re especially excited to see the expansion of our on-site school garden and environmental program under the direction of program director and certified Master Garden Rae Harrison. Between academic classes, students across all grades will participate in music classes and have the chance to work in our recently renovated school auditorium. Our students this year will also be introduced to a restructured technology program that places emphasis on programming and robotics.
There’s lots in store this year at BCS! We’re excited for students to return to classes and can’t wait to see what they accomplish.
