Fundraisers

Several major fundraisers are organized each year to benefit the educational needs of the students that attend Butler Catholic School. Our planned major fundraisers for 2024-2025 are as follows:

Summer Lottery Raffle - This will be a 3-month raffle, based on the PA Nightly Daily Number.   We will be selling 1000 tickets, valid for all days in June, July and August.  Details coming soon!

Farm to Table Dinner - August

Weekend Warrior Bash. Weekend Warrior Bash, held in the fall, is a wonderful night out for our BCS families and community members. Numerous tools, sporting goods items, and other "weekend warrior" themed items are given away throughout the night to lucky attendees, and additional ones can be won through several raffles. Dinner and non-alcoholic beverages are provided for all guests to enjoy throughout the evening.  Guests are invited to BYOB if they wish. This is a fun adults-only night to celebrate with friends while raising funds to support BCS.

Calendar Gift Card Raffle - December & May

Purse Bash - February. Purse Bash is a great ladies’ night out for our BCS families and community members. Numerous handbags are given away throughout the night to lucky attendees, and additional ones can be won through several raffles. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own snacks and beverages(BYOB), and a dessert bar is provided for all guests to enjoy throughout the evening. This is a fun adults-only night to celebrate with friends while raising funds to support BCS.

Additional Voluntary Fundraisers

There are a number of voluntary fundraisers that families and friends of Butler Catholic School can help with in order to support programs, events, and school purchases. There is no obligation for a school family to participate, however any help is greatly appreciated!

Raffles. Throughout the year, various raffles are held to support BCS.  These are offered to BCS families and community members. 

Box Tops for Education. Scan your Box Tops on items you purchase, and submit them to benefit BCS.
