BCS Alumni Return for 2024 Alumni Day

Butler Catholic School welcomed home generations of alumni April 21 during the 2024 BCS Alumni Day!

The event began with mass in the BCS chapel before visitors gathered in the cafeteria for brunch.

During the meal, BCS Principal John Hazur and alumnus Bruno Zuccala recognized outstanding alumni who embody faith, stewardship, and life-long learning. Lori Portman-Lewis (class of 1972) and Fr. Robert Grecco (class of 1976) received this year’s Distinguished Alumni Award, while CJ Singleton (class of 2018) earned BCS’s new Rising Star Award!

Following the recognition of alumni, visitors enjoyed a preview performance of BCS’s upcoming musical edition of “The Lion King Jr.” as well as school tours and good fellowship.
