Students had a special day of learning Sept. 29—one that didn’t take place inside the classroom! As part of a school-wide field trip day, students participated in several trips around the area.
Kindergarten through second grade students visited Fair Haven Farms in Grove City! From playing in fields to touring the corn maze, our youngest students had a blast celebrating fall with fun activities.
Students and teachers in third through fifth grade journeyed to McConnells Mill State Park! Their trip included a special introduction to birding and a tour of the park’s history.
Sixth through eighth grade students participated in team building and partnership exercises at Lutherlyn, a campsite in Prospect that challenges students to grow as leaders and teammates.
We love sharing special experiences with our students in the classroom. But we also understand that learning isn’t contained to four walls. Being able to provide our classes with opportunities to put their skills, creativity, and knowledge into action is a gift, and we’re honored to share it!
