It’s almost harvest time, and BCS students are learning all about preparing food for the winter!

We love sharing news about the many accomplishments our students are achieving at Butler Catholic School! But we also need to recognize the staff and faculty who help them achieve their goals by offering insight, guidance, and patience in learning.

Butler Catholic School is growing fast – especially when it comes to the school garden!

For most of our students at Butler Catholic School, the first day of the 2023-24 school year was Aug. 24. But we had the chance to celebrate other “first days” Sept. 6 and 7—when our three- and four-year-old preschoolers attended class for the first time!

It started with an Eagle Scout project. Justin Higgins, an alumnus of Butler Catholic School, decided around 2018 to help give back to his community by building four raised beds behind the school.
